Ashley Ellis is seeking a highly motivated QA Engineer with strong software testing skills who is Interested in pursuing the ever expanding technological advances in finance software. This financial services organization is a leader in alternative consumer transactions and continues to challenge established conventions allowing for greater consumer options.
This QA Engineer will be skilled and experienced in testing software and enterprise data warehouse environments, with emphasis on the Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) processes that supports in all aspects of data movement.
This QA Engineer will:
Ability to translate business requirements into effective test cases, test planning, test automation and test execution.
Develop, document, and execute regression, functional, and integration tests across few Data Warehouse and financially-related ETL applications of moderate complexity
Document and track software failures using Jira and/or similar tools
Support ongoing work to automate and document QA regression testing
This QA Engineer has:
3
years of QA Engineering/Testing experience
Major focus on functional testing, usability testing, regression testing, and integration testing
Must have 1
years testing experience working a 'Data Warehousing' environment (focused on Operational Data Stores, Data Warehouse and Data Marts)
1
years with ETL tools.
Prefer testing experience financial services or in a high-transaction processing environment
SQL query experience
