About the opportunity SWCA Environmental Consultants is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with industry experience to join our team. We are looking for a professional who has excellent people skills and has the ability and passion to bring top talent to SWCA. This role will primarily support our West region, especially for our California environmental, cultural and environmental planning businesses. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic Talent Acquisition Team that has made a significant impact to SWCA. You will support the organization's recruiting strategies, programs, policies, and procedures by maintaining a positive and consultative relationship with employees and business leaders. You will be a trusted advisor in providing input and guidance, with the opportunity to provide a true value-add impact on the organization's dynamic culture. The scope of this position will be to lead candidate sourcing and selection for open positions at all levels of the organization. You will partner with mangers to drive and support talent objectives that align with our culture and overall strategy. The position can be based near an SWCA in the Pacific or Rocky Mountain time zones, or be completely remote. What you will accomplish Develop and execute plans for effective and successful talent sourcing, including direct sourcing, research, networking, and other creative channels. Facilitate effective passive and active talent pipelining through sourcing strategies, workforce diversity initiatives, industry and competitor analysis, interactive marketing plans, and networking opportunities. Serve as a business consultant, specializing in Talent Acquisition, to Hiring Managers, Directors and Senior Leadership. Support Hiring Managers in prepared rigorous and equitable selection activities to ensure best hiring decisions are made. Be a credible, innovative thought partner and subject matter expert. Be a brand ambassador for SWCA both internally and externally. Collaborate with other Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Team Members. Attend weekly meetings with internal stakeholders. Attend recruiting events, industry trade shows and conferences. Experience and qualifications for success Bachelor's Degree in a HR, Business Administration, or other related field preferred but not required. Minimum of at least 5 years of recruiting experiences with demonstrated ability to recruit remotely in multiple geographies along with varying levels of positions. Must have at least 3
years of recruitment in the A/E/C industry. Experience recruiting environmental scientists, specialists, and field professionals in Natural and Cultural Resources highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced work environment. Required proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, various internet search engines including LinkedIn, Boolean search and ATS software; experience with iCIMS is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with all levels is essential. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
