Pay - $19-$21/hr dependent upon experience.
Some duties you can expect will consist of:
Answer incoming calls, triaging urgent messages, directing calls to appropriate department Effectively communicate/resolve client questions via phone and email Maintain an empathetic and compassionate demeanor when working with our pet parents Assist referring hospitals with questions in timely and efficient manner Maintain medical records What makes the best candidates?
