Petsadena Animal Hospital is seeking a skilled, confident, full-time Client Care Specialist Supervisor for our companion animal practice located in Pasadena, CA.
Our hospital focuses on the special relationship created by the pets and their owners.
We have monthly team meetings and encourage communication and collaboration between our team members.
We also encourage growth and development for our team.
Candidates need to have at least 3 years of customer service experience, at least 1 year of veterinary reception experience & at least 1 year in a leadership role is preferred.

You are also responsible for triaging & following up with client phone calls and our other platforms of communication in order to provide the best care possible for each client and patient.
Team supervisors play a very important role at our hospital, providing support, guidance and continued development for team and individual progress & growth.
Our Client Care Specialist Supervisor is expected to oversee the reception team and ensure we maintain the highest level of customer service experience for our patients and clients.
