Responsibilities:
Respond to Account Executive and Producer requests timely and effectively Respond to client requests timely and effectively Set up electronic client marketing files Create renewal marketing information for the Account Manager to send to the client Order loss runs for marketing files and save in the computer system Add and maintain client electronic files according to agency procedures Perform rating functions on various carrier websites Process policies, endorsements and endorsement requests according to agency procedures and timeframes Issue certificates of insurance and vehicle identification cards, Accomplish projects and tasks on a current basis Download and manage insurance company endorsements Manage the policy notices of cancellations Check and invoice audits
Qualifications:
High school diploma California Insurance License Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum of 2 year's prior experience as an assistant in an insurance agency Energetic and willing to learn Job Type:
