00 per hour, DOE COVID-19 Considerations:
This position requires the employee to work in health care facilities/residential facilities governed by the Health Care Worker Vaccination Requirement that was issued by County of Los Angeles Department of Public Health.
Due to the Health Care Worker Vaccination Requirement order, all workers who provide services or work in health care facilities/residential facilities must be fully vaccinated.
Therefore, the selected candidate hired for the position must submit proof of vaccination for COVID 19
booster dose (if eligible for booster) prior to the first day of employment.
DESCRIPTION (Accounts Receivable):
To compute, classify, record, and verify numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records and prepare accurate billing for services rendered while maintaining accurate record of all sales and revenues.
Maintain confidentiality in matters of clients, personnel and Villa Esperanza Services operations; exercise good judgment in the performance of duties and responsibilities.
Requires ability to follow a highly structured environment, follow detailed instruction, function in a highly oriented team environment, and ability to regularly follow-up on pending items and with others.
Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma.
Associate's degree (A.
A.
) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of accounting software.
