Responsibilities:
Assist in creating appealing property listings with attractive descriptions and high-quality photos.
Implement marketing strategies to attract more bookings and increase visibility.
- Property Showings:
Conduct property showings for available rental units, showcasing features and amenities to prospective tenants in a professional and engaging manner.
- Tenant Engagement:
Interact with potential tenants, actively listening to their needs and preferences to match them with the most suitable rental options, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Short-Term Rental Management:
Handle the setup and management of short-term rental listings on platforms like Airbnb, optimizing occupancy rates and guest satisfaction.
- Reservation Management:
Respond promptly to inquiries from potential short-term renters, manage bookings, and ensure seamless check-ins and check-outs.
- Pricing Strategy:
Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for short-term rentals, considering market trends, seasonal demand, and property-specific factors.
- Marketing Initiatives:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create appealing and accurate property listings for both long-term and short-term rentals, driving increased interest and inquiries.
- Property Maintenance:
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure rental units, including short-term rentals, are well-maintained, clean, and prepared for showings and guest arrivals.
- Tenant Onboarding:
Facilitate the lease application process for long-term tenants and provide support throughout the onboarding process.
- Lease Agreement Execution:
Assist in the preparation and execution of lease agreements for long-term tenants, adhering to leasing laws and regulations.
Experience:
Previous experience in leasing or property management is preferred Prior experience as an Airbnb host or co-host is a plus.
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential tenants and short-term guests.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate potential tenants and short-term guests.
Thorough understanding of leasing laws, fair housing regulations, and short-term rental regulations.
Familiarity with contract negotiation and lease agreements Proficiency in property management software and standard office applications.
A positive, proactive attitude, driven to provide exceptional customer service.
Resourceful and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
