Your core role is to answer phones, collect patient health, insurance and billing information, oversee patient scheduling across platforms, respond to and resolve patient messages.
What You'll Do Answer phones and manage new patient appointment workflow, collecting necessary information and processing insurance verification Manage incoming referrals, ensuring proper information is collected and processed Oversee management of virtual visits across clinic locations Manage ZocDoc appointment flow including for new patient onboarding and insurance verification Manage patient appointment recall workflow Monitor and respond to clinic concierge emails Monitor and respond to Google and Yelp inquiries Maintain XTRAC rebate program Manage timely response and resolution of patient messages across platforms (Klara, EMA, DialPad,etc) Ensure timely and accurate documentation within the EHR Go above and beyond for patients whenever possible Metropolis Dermatology Interview Process Submit resume and application.
Virtual screening interview with hiring manager.
On-site interviews with executive leadership and management team.
Provide three (3) professional references.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
