SWCA Environmental Consultants has an opportunity for a Natural Resources Desktop Technician to join the Pasadena, CA office.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, proactive problem solver who enjoys supporting a diverse group of technical specialists.
The Pasadena office provides a variety of environmental services such as natural and cultural resources across the larger Los Angeles county region.
This is a temporary position with the potential to move into a regular status position.

Performs desktop review tasks related to wildlife, plant, and waters resources.
Performs resource data entry.
Conducts appropriate research and biological resource determination following standard processes.
Experience and qualifications for success:
Biology experience required.
High level organization skills.
Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced position.
Good communication skills.
Ability to learn new processes quickly and understand when to ask questions.
Biological college degree preferred.
