Both Dots cupcakes and Dots cafe in Pasadena are looking for part time & full-time Front of the House, Customer Service team members, that might work in one or both locations.
Looking for flexible employee who can work at either location.

Customer Service is our TOP PRIORITY! Job roles includes providing great customer service, stocking cupcakes, boxing orders, making custom cupcake stands, helping customers, answering phones, taking detailed cupcake orders, cleaning and organizing front and back of the house.
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Daily store opening duties, back of the house preparation for baking, and making house made lemon, passion fruit curds (no baking experience required), making coffee, cleaning front of the house, restocking cards, supplies, and merchandise.
Communicating with other team members regarding orders, custom fondant requests, and getting back to customers immediately.
