The position of Customer Service/General office will deliver excellent customer support to our customers, process orders, communicate with others on customer concerns, and requests.
This position will also perform other general office functions, as needed, to support other departments.
The position is a part time position and requires 20 hours per week, in our corporate office located in Pasadena, CA.
The position requires the candidate to work 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, sometime between the hours of 7:
30 am to 5:
00 pm.
Exact hours each day are flexible depending upon the candidate's needs.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
20 hours per week, 5 days per week Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer service/support Act as the initial point-of-contact for clients via phone, and email correspondence Accurately enter and verify sales orders and general data into our business system.
Update orders and/or customer notes, shipment/delivery statuses as necessary, in a timely manner Communicate and coordinate with team members with updates from our clients' special needs, and/or requests for their orders, shipment/delivery, etc.
Assist with organizing regulatory documents and fulfilling requests.
Review and proof read documents.
Assist team members with order management, inquiries, and updates Share phone reception duties Serve as a back up to other departments Qualifications one years of customer service and/or general office experience is helpful Excellent verbal and written communications, team interaction, problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills Must work efficiently and effectively with little supervision Must enjoy working in a team environment Multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills Professional phone etiquette High School diploma or equivalent required Basic computer skills (Microsoft office) Experience in b2b account support and distribution role is helpful Job Type:
