Summary:
Responsible for assisting the Project Manager with daily tasks in connection with bidding, managing and close-out of all mechanical projects including but not limited to communicating with vendors, general contractors and sub-contractors, soliciting vendor proposals, project document control, answering incoming calls and assisting staff with other tasks on an as needed basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and issue vendor proposal requests Organize project files and keep up to date Assist with change order proposal requests and preparation Assist project manager with RFI preparation Assist project manager with procuring project equipment & materials Assist with procuring submittals from suppliers Track all project equipment and material lead times Plan follow up calls and emails to vendors who have not replied to requests Track project milestones and deliverables Answering of company phone line Assist with unloading material deliveries to the office Perform other duties as assigned ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND COMPETENCIES:
Familiar with Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail and Dropbox Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, copiers and scanners Self-starter, ability to self-manage and complete tasks without supervision Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through problem-solving capabilities EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND/OR LICENSES:
High school diploma or equivalent required 2 years of experience in an administrative role Experience working with a team, team player Drivers license Job Type:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
