Provides safe and secure environment for all persons on premises by conducting patrols of hospital property, answering calls and documenting activities.
Investigates and makes recommendations.
Off shift and compensated overtime may be required.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or G.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Six months of experience in Security or related field.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required:
Current California (CA) driver's license.
Must be insurable under Huntington's liability insurance.
Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association SKILLS:
Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Basic computer knowledge, to include, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, and other hospital related programs.
Basic report writing skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
