Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
-Bookkeeping responsibilities include accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing available units, conducting tours, and screening potential tenants.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including leases, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interface with tenants and landlords - Proficiency in property management software Appfolio.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of contract management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with property leasing laws and regulations and Fair Housing.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address tenant issues and resolve conflicts.
