Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the office team, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary items are stocked.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
Schedule appointments and meetings.
Perform receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and providing them with information or assistance.
Receiving and processing deliveries, generating labels and packaging up shipments.
Experience:
Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks.
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines.
Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for document creation and management.
Logistics (shipping) experience a plus, not required.
Photoshop/photo editing experience a plus, not required.
