We are a small retail and online furniture business that specializes in hard to find vintage pieces.
The hours for this position are 10-6, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, with the possibility of more hours, based on performance.
Duties:
- Sell products and services to customers in an online setting - Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries - Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products - Create online listings for products - Maintain listings - Price tagging Skills:
- Sales experience preferred - Knowledge of sales is an advantage - Strong understanding of retail math for pricing and discounts - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to operate online store and listings We offer competitive pay and provide training to help you succeed in your role as an Online Sales Associate.
