Major
Responsibilities:
Oversee and answer all incoming phone calls Greeting visitors Manage various office files and provide general office filing support Arrange, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures Place orders for office and kitchen supplies Employ strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency Be an asset to other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks Requirements Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Patient, smart, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must Preferred Experience Experience answering multi-line phone system Customer service and office administrative skills Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
