50 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Duties - Greet customers and provide them with assistance in finding products or answering their questions - Recommend products or services based on customer needs and preferences - Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer transactions - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner Experience - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts - Strong communication skills to effectively sell products and interact with customers - Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are a plus for better customer service - Technical sales knowledge is beneficial for selling specialized products As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while driving sales revenue.
