750100 Hematology Expectations:
Performs a variety of standardized tests and procedures in conjunction with associated clerical and quality assurance functions.
Works with minimal supervision and may be involved with coordination of workflow, inservice, and orientation.
Meets CLIA criteria for General Supervisor and Testing Personnel.
This position may require flexibility of hours.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree required.
EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Must have experience as required by the particular position, including personnel requirements defined by CLIA.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required:
Current Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or applicable limited license issued by California Department of Public Health (CDPH) SKILLS:
Must be able to multitask and follow specific protocol.
