What You'll DoESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (but are not limited to) Supports and demonstrates IMA's core values Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates.
Internal production support Provides technical and consultative partnership in prospect meetings with estimated annual revenue of $100,000 or more Supports producers with RFP technical responses, as needed Works with Producers and EB Leadership to set and maintain pricing standards throughout the organization.
Delivers finalized RFP responses and producer work product assistance (RFP response strategy, assistance with technical and service questions, partnership on final deliverable) Supports in cross-sell opportunities with current non-EB IMA clients Provides internal consultation, review and expert analysis of industry-specific benefits approaches, funding review, strategies, compliance, emerging trends, and current program state analysis Stays abreast of cutting-edge and emerging strategies and trends as they relate to prospects and industry verticals Revenue-generating special projects Creates new and innovative revenue-generating projects, including existing markets and blue ocean strategies Influences/ advises on the distribution and sales channels for new projects Contributes to sales cycle improvement for employee benefits service team members Assists with technical sales trainings for validated and associate producers Liaison between EB Market Leader(s) and production team to ensure efficient processes and teamwork Collaborates with the Market Leader(s), Client Advantage, and other members of the Employee Benefits leadership team to redeploy resources to best support new and refreshed business.
Identifies lead-in opportunities for new vendor products and strategies You Should Have:
Required experience and skills (not limited to) Attains and maintains state life and health license in accordance with IMA standards Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred 10 or more years of relevant experience in both senior level client services and experience with new sales opportunities.
Considerable expertise in technical aspects of benefits consulting relevant to prospect stakeholders in the C-suite, Finance, Risk Management, and Human Resources Experience consulting medium to large plan sponsors with complex employee benefits programs, specific experience and expertise in self-funded programs, captives, and other alternative funding arrangements.
Works independently and able to prioritize multiple projects at same time.

In addition to our robust benefits package, the hiring range for this position is $170,000 - $225,000.
While this is the targeted range, final offer amounts will depend on a variety of factors, including the candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, and their knowledge, skills, and abilities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
