Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr.Emerging Architect (Licensed or not) to join our team! In this role you will get to Perform as a project lead/ Project Architect, Driving the design and production documents, coordinating with clients and consultants as well as mentoring younger team members.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading design team for medium size projects of moderate complexity
Review and analyze project requirements and codes and ensure compliance.
Interface with client team
Interface with consultants and AHJs (Authorities having Jurisdiction)
Drive design team to produce required design and construction documents.
Be a technical resource to younger team members.
Coordinate and report to you sr. Manager / Lead Architect
Work toward licensure as an Architect (if not licensed already)
Undertake and participate in departmental and corporate initiatives and tasks
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Degree in Architecture from an accredited US university
12 year of US experience in the field of Architecture
US Citizen or US Person (Green Card)
Hi level of Revit /CAD proficiency for (CD production)
Team Player with leadership qualities
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Ability to analyze codes and standards.
High level Revit proficiency
Ability to lead small to medium size design teams.
Ability to take a project from inception to completion.
Ability to work as part of a team in various positions.

Salary Range:
$104,200.00 - $182,400.00
