Growing technology organization seeks dynamic Director of Finance & Administration to lead the finance & accounting team, oversight of administration, facilities, and human resources.
Main
Responsibilities:
Oversight of financial reporting, budgeting / forecasting, and month end close for multiple entities
Manage banking relationships and interface with financial institutions
Maintain companywide policies and procedures
Identify areas for process improvements and efficiencies
Assist CEO in developing client partnerships and joint ventures
Perform financial analysis, data analysis, and market analysis for new business ventures
Oversight of daily IT, facilities, and human resources functions
Partner with operations and creative teams on key initiatives
Interface with outside counsel on contracts and potential partnerships
Qualifications:
Minimum Ten Years of Financial Reporting and Month End Close Experience
Minimum Two Years of Public Accounting Experience
Bachelor Degree in Accounting
CPA Certification Highly Preferred
Previous supervisory experience required
Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as position requires heavy interaction with firm executives and clients
Position is available on a contract-to-hire or direct hire basis.
