Purpose and Description:
This position is a customer facing position which documents functional requirements, analyzes business process and data, and develops business management processes and reports to support IT solutions.
This individual will provide client support for Business Planning and Operations (BPO) during IMGs organization transformation and day-to-day business operations management.
Essential Functions:
Assist in the managing of portfolio governance including the performance of tactical activities, under the direction of governance leadership
Support facilitation of IMG leadership meetings, stakeholder meetings, and preparation meetings, as required by the BPO leadership
Coordinate logistics for IMG leadership and organization meetings including WebEx, Telepresence, AT&T Conference Bridges, etc.
Manage the collection of meeting materials for BPO and IMG sponsored /facilitated meetings. Collaborate with Finance, PMO, Communications, IMG Chiefs of Staff and BMOs, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to prepare materials.
Performs a variety of related activities, including maintaining IMG and IMG Stakeholder Planning calendars.
Ensuring calendar notifications and materials for associated meetings are distributed, key deliverable milestone dates, deliverable dates, and reporting dates
Responsible for maintaining BPO initiative related metrics (e.g. headcounts, compliance, etc.), reporting of the metrics and progress of associated issues and risks.
Assist in management of data used for program presentation and reporting; keeper of data, source of data, which presentations have used the data and posting/maintaining artifacts in program and compliance repository (SharePoint site).
Assist in the documentation and deployment of standard business management processes, including development of process maps, operation guides, training materials.
Maintains business management processes and procedures (e.g. contractor engagement, compliance management, etc.).
Identifies opportunities for business or process improvement; makes associated recommendations as appropriate
Partners with project team members to drive communications and change management activities related to business management topics and deliverables.
Also participates in the development of communications and change management materials.
Assists in identifying issues and risks.
Support tracks in resolving issues where possible or escalating to more senior members when needed.
May participate in risk mitigation activities.
Required
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 5 years of experience documenting functional requirements, analyzing business processes, and developing business cases to support IT solutions.
Experience supporting technology programs with a budget over $1 billion.
Excellent communicator with strong customer focus who can work with project managers and business partners to articulate needs
Strong planning, organizing, and coordination skills.
Research abilities, to learn tool and existing procedures independently
Technical writing and process documentation skills
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
Time management and task prioritization skills
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, Word and Excel is a must.
Must be detail-oriented, well organized, problem solving/analytical, self-directed, team focused, and results oriented individual
Self-starter: ability to work independently, think quickly and creatively solve problemsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
