We are currently seeking multiple Service Technicians to join our team at RUSNAK Bentley/Rolls-Royce/Maserati in Pasadena!
This position is to contribute to the success of Rusnak Automotive Group (the Company) by effectively, efficiently, and correctly repairing vehicles in a safe and timely manner, while upholding the highest levels of professional integrity and achieving individual proficiency rate goals as well as franchise goals and objectives.
Key
Responsibilities:
Consistently Ensures Client Satisfaction and Safety by Effectively, Efficiently, and Safely Repairing Vehicles Right the First Time, Every Time
o Effectively utilizes manufacturer recommended diagnosis and repair processes.
o Promptly seeks clarification and/or management input, if Client concern, objective, or correct course of action is unclear.
o Upon completion of repair, verifies that the concern has been resolved; communicates clearly the cause and all steps taken to correct the concern.
o Consistently and actively maintains solid working knowledge of, and ensures documentation and procedures comply with, Company, Manufacturer, local, state, and federal policies, procedures and regulations, which pertain to the sale and service of new and pre-owned vehicles; consistently demonstrates passion for continued learning regarding brand-specific knowledge.
o Consistently, effectively, and efficiently locates, reads, analyzes, interprets, understands, and successfully performs work based upon complex technical documents.
REQUIREMENTS
o Experience Required: Minimum of five (5) years experience servicing and repairing BMW and/or other high line vehicles (British, Italian and/or German); experience in Chrysler/JEEP/Dodge/Audi is also helpful.
o Experience Preferred: experience working in a dealership
o Technical Skills Ideal: Knowledge of testing equipment, computer control diagnostics and electrical programming highly preferred;
o License Required: or Ideal License; Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving recordEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
