Vehicle Description Attractive, all original Mercedes Benz 380SL.
Car has had three owners, all in the Los Angeles area.
143000 original miles, almost all original paint, and original leather upholstery.
Seats and dash show wear, but there is an attractive dash cover, and seat covers which come with the car.
Absolutely no rust on car.
Car was in storage for over 10 years.
Brought it out of storage and did much work to it over the last several years.
Have all receipts for recent work done on car (over 12K spent), along with a summarized list (pictures included).
Engine was converted to two row timing chain years ago.
Passed smog check recently, and is currently registered.
Have original hardtop and convertible tops for car.
Hardtop looks great, convertible top is okay, but has a couple small tears in it.
Air conditioning unit was removed, for it never worked well to begin with.
As a convertible, we felt it wasn't really necessary.
Radio is not working, but all lights and gauges work well, Cars runs and drives great! Looks pretty awesome too! Overall, a very fun, solid, nice running car for a very reasonable price.
